Custom Order Policy

All products are made-to-order based on client specifications. Because of the custom nature of our work, all orders are final once production has begun.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, mockups, and specifications prior to production. Once approval is given, no changes can be made.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.


Production & Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary depending on the product type, level of customization, order quantity, and shipping method selected.

Estimated production timelines typically range from 3 weeks to 3 months.

These timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to supply chain issues, production complexity, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays as they arise.


Rush Orders

Rush orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, depending on production capacity and project scope.

Rush orders require an upfront deposit and may be subject to additional fees.

Due to accelerated timelines, clients may be required to waive proof or sample approval. In such cases, we are not responsible for any errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies in the final product.

By proceeding with a rush order, the client acknowledges and accepts these risks.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

If there is an issue with your order due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.


Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, or designs, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce the content.

We are not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted materials and are not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement claims.

We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that we deem inappropriate or that may violate intellectual property laws.


Payments & Order Confirmation

Orders may require a deposit or full payment prior to production. Production will not begin until payment has been received and all final approvals are confirmed.

All invoices must be paid within the stated terms. Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of your order.


Shipping Policy

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier. However, we will assist in filing claims where applicable.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production has begun. Once production is in progress, cancellations are not permitted.

Any deposits made may be non-refundable, depending on the stage of the order.
